On your next visit, please know that we are doing everything in our power to keep you healthy and happy. We have modified our operations to comply with the current Washington State Mandates.

Being in the animal care world, our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are extensive and we have always had, and will continue to have, an effective Infection Control Plan in place.

We have extended our time between reservations to give our team extra time to sanitize after guests leave. This sanitizing includes high touch points like seating areas, door knobs and service areas. We are using a touchless checkout system, eliminating paper menus, and have reconfigured our space and capacity with social distancing in mind.

1. FIND A PAW TO WAIT ON

When waiting in line to order a drink or to check in for your reservation, please find a paw print to stand on. They are strategically placed 6 feet apart.

2. USE HAND SANITIZER

Use Hand Sanitizer often, specifically before and after interacting with the cats.

3. PAWTY SIZE LIMITATIONS

Keep groups to 5 furriends or less.

4. COVER YOUR FACE

We ask that all customers wear a mask or facial covering over their mouth and nose when inside NEKO.

We respect and acknowledge that some customers, due to medical reasons or age, may not be able to wear a mask. We encourage those to consider an alternative option like a face shield or facial covering. If you're unable to wear a mask or an alternative design, we request that you book a private session with the kitties or enjoy food or beverages outside on the Catio.
If a guest is unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, we also ask that you book a private session. Thank you purry much for your understanding during this difficult time.

5. DISTANCE YOURSELF

Keep a 6 foot distance between guests whenever possible.

6. REDUCED OCCUPANCY

We are currently operating at a reduced occupancy of 25%.

7. Food & Drinks can be Enjoyed Outside Only

No food or drink can be consumed inside the building at all during this time. Food and drinks CAN be enjoyed on the Catio or taken to go.

8. Windows Open

Despite the cooler weather, we are keeping windows open to keep the air fresh and flowing!

9. Cancellations

Requests to cancel 24 hours or more before your visit will receive a full refund! Cancellations within 24 hours from your visit are not refundable without cancellation insurance. Rescheduling is possible 24 hours or more before your visit. After the kitty room visit start time, all bookings are final. If you wish to cancel a booking please call (206) 708-7287 for Seattle and (360) 656-6217 for Bellingham. If you wish to reschedule you can do so with your confirmation email sent after booking.
