Randall is one of the cutest cats at NEKO. He came here with his brother, Kevin. He is often shy and timid, but what he lacks in outgoingness he makes up for with his striking good looks. His favorite hobbies are snuggling with his new best friends and eating. He was tested FeLV positive at birth.
